The fall color show is just under way with
the first of the maples turning brilliant yellow, orange and
red. Peak colors usually arrive during the last week in September
and the first week in October.
In additon, many of the fall hunting seasons
are also starting up. Check out the DNR website for exact dates. |

As always, the area offers many opportunities
for fishing during the fall season, with Muskey fishing on the
flowage being a popular choice. |

Located on the edge
of the Peshtigo River, the Riverview Condos are well situated
in the heart of the Twin Bridge area. The area offers a great
variety of natural scenery and wilderness experiences for hunters,
fishermen and nature lovers of all ages. |

Peshtigo River, in the heart of the new Peshtigo River State
Forest and just around the corner from the Governor Thompson
State Park, this rustic, wilderness setting is abundant with
wildlife and natural beauty. |

High Falls Flowage offers great
boating and fishing opportunities for water sport enthusiasts.
Nearby County Parks provide swimming beaches and there are public
boat launches on both High Falls and Caldron Falls Flowages. |

Another popular activity in
the area is Whitewater Rafting on the Peshtigo River. Just a
few miles north of Riverview Condo Rentals is the longest stretch
of Class III and Class IV whitewater rapids in the midwest and
several area outfitters offer spring and summer rafting for those
with an adventurous nature . |

For those who would rather
view the whitewater from a distance, Marinette County is the
waterfall capitol of Wisconsin. A Waterfall Tour Map is available
and many are easily accessible while others require travel over
more difficult terrain. |

For the winter sports
enthusiast, there are cross country ski trails in the area and
the Iron Snowshoe Snowmobile Trail comes right to the door. Click here

Also enjoyed in
the winter is ice fishing on the Flowages as well as many nearby
lakes. Fishing Derbys and Snowmobile Radar Runs are held in the
area throughout the season. |
