area offers a great variety of natural scenery and wilderness
experiences for hunters, fishermen and nature lovers of all ages. |

High Falls Flowage offers great boating
and fishing opportunities for water sport enthusiasts. Nearby
County Parks provide swimming beaches and there are public boat
launches on both High Falls and Caldron Falls Flowages. |

Winter is on its way and the scenery here
in the northwoods is quite spectacular right after a fresh snowfall. |

Winter sports enthusiasts enjoy the many
cross-country ski trails in our area. Ice fishing is also very
popular on the Flowages as well as the many smaller lakes in
the area. |

In additon, the local snowmobile clubs offer
a variety of snowmobile radar runs and drag races, winter festivals
and ice fishing derbies over the course of the winter for your
enjoyment. |
